I have worked in the supply chain function for 18 years. As a business we have a strong management team that is really in touch with the workforce - we work together as a unit to deliver the very best. It is a great place to work with a really open and honest environment.

Process improvement covers a lot of areas, whether it be helping the business embed new techniques to improve processes or supplier management and development. I have lived in Barrow all my life and know a lot of people who have moved here. They all say it’s one of those places that quickly feels like home.
